Bad company /A Story of a Boy who had fallen into a bad company
Once there was a rich man. He had a son. He was a good boy.
Unfortunately he fell into the company of bad boys. His father advised him to
give up the company of bad boys. The boy said, “You need not worry about
me. These friends cannot spoil me. On the contrary, I will make them good
boys.”
His father thought of a plan to reform him. He went to market and
bought some good apples. He bought a rotten apple also. He asked his son to put
the good apples in the cupboard. Then he asked him to put the rotten apple also
among them.
Next day he asked his son to bring all the apples. The boy found
that all the apples had gone bad. His father advised him,” One rotten apple has
spoiled all the good ones. Bad boys are like rotten apples. They will spoil
you.” The boy learnt a lesson and gave up the company of bad boys.
